Paper Management Base Cost (initial stage): Covers topic alignment, conference shortlisting, submission handling, and coordination.

Conference APC: Paid separately to the conference after acceptance. This is determined by the conference (amount, method, deadline).

This two-step structure ensures complete transparency throughout the process.

 To begin the process, you are required to first finalize the Doamin, Titile and research topic,  and the preferred month of publication. Once these details are confirmed, we will identify and apply to all relevant, well-recognized, and professionally connected USA-based and Non USA Based conferences IEEE-Springer-Scopus-T&F that align with your topic and timeline.

Please be aware that conferences based in the United States generally have higher Article Processing Charges (APC) compared to conferences in other regions of the world. Due to this structure, the engagement is divided into two separate cost components.

Initially, you will be required to book the paper management base cost,

Tier 1 : which covers topic alignment, conference shortlisting, submission handling, and coordination throughout the review process. This cost is independent of the conference’s APC. Once the paper receives approval and selection from the conference, the APC must be paid separately, as mandated by the respective conference organizers. The APC amount, payment method, and deadline are fully governed by the conference and are not included in the base paper management fee.
